If you are not satisfied with your purchase for
any reason, simply return the unused portion with your invoice within 30
days for a prompt credit or exchange minus shipping fees (what we actually paid to ship your order out). Please
contact us for authorization before sending your order back.
Appliances
We offer a thirty-day money back
guarantee on all appliances. The following conditions must apply.
- The product has not been damaged by the customer.
- The customer must pay the shipping charges.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging.
- When being shipped, the customer must cover the product with the
appropriate insurance offered by the shipping company.
The cost of the
original shipping charges will be deducted from all returns. In
addition, Choice Nutritionals charges a fifteen percent (15%)
restocking fee on any items returned for a refund.
Items purchased from Choice
Nutritionals and returned within 30 days at the expense of the
customer will be accepted for refund or exchange, providing the product
has not been tampered with or damaged by said customer. If the product has
been tampered with or damaged by the customer, the product will become
property of said customer.
Any damage or defective products
should be reported by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the
product. If a damaged product is received by the customer or determined to
be defective, the customer should call Choice
Nutritionals immediately at 1-877-263-8288.
Shipping
Information
We strive to ship all orders placed before 12:00 pm PST
the same business day. Although, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, some items may be shipped within 2-3 business after the order is received.
Packages weighing 13 ounces or less will be
shipped via First Class Mail through USPS. Packages weighing 1
to 3 pounds will be shipped via Priority Mail or Parcel Post through
USPS. Orders weighing 4 pounds or more will be shipped via UPS
Ground or FedEx Ground.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 shipped
within the contiguous 48 states of the USA. International orders and
orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged actual shipping
charges.
Of course, customers have the option to pay for
expedited shipping.
Insurance Options
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but the free ground shipping does not include insurance. While we very rarely have a problem with a package not arriving at its destination, or being damaged in transit, if this is of concern to you, choose one of our upgraded shipping options, all of which include insurance.
